1-2  FANTASY FOOTBALL UPDATE: OK, the 2008 National Football League Season is in the books and it's time to report how my Fantasy Football Teams fared this year and to put my opening playoffs rosters on display.  In my Head2Head League I finished the season with a 16-1 record (I opened up winning my first 14 games in a row - longest winning streak that I've ever had) winning my Division by a long ways and finishing with the best record in my 32 team league along with cashing for $200.00.  By the way, my overall record since I started playing Fantasy Head2Head Football is 71-29-0.  In The Sporting News Ultimate Salary Cap Fantasy Football, my two teams both finished second in their respective 20 team leagues and both scored in the top 11% of all teams worldwide (~17,000 teams).

Here's my Head2Head lineup for the opening week of the playoffs.  You'll notice that I get a $105M salary cap by virtue of winning my division during the regular season.

Here's my Ultimate Salary Cap Fantasy Football team (initial $50.0M salary cap that can appreciate or depreciate during the season (mine have appreciated to $61.18M so far)) that I will be using for Week 10 of the 2008 National Football League season (I make a tweak here and there based upon bye weeks and match-ups but only receive 4 trades per week which can be accrued if not used).  This is a market-based salary cap fantasy league that causes the salaries to change week to week based upon player transaction activity.  I'm sitting in 5th place in my 20 team league but I'm not too far behind #1 and have been moving up the food chain in recent weeks.
